From the moment my friend and I arrived at Sky Dive Phoenix, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that immediately made us feel welcomed and at ease. The entire experience, from start to finish, was nothing short of wonderful, and much of that can be attributed to the exceptional way we were treated by the staff and instructors there.
Warm Welcome: The staff at Sky Dive Phoenix went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. Their friendly demeanor and eagerness to make us comfortable was truly heartwarming. It's not every day you encounter such genuine hospitality, and it set the tone for the entire adventure.
Value for money: Sky Dive Phoenix impressed us with their professionalism, setting a high standard without the high cost. It's refreshing to see that an adventure as thrilling as skydiving can be offered at such a reasonable price, making the experience accessible without compromising on quality or safety.
Professional and Comforting Treatment: Throughout the preparation, the jump, and after landing, the team treated us with the utmost professionalism mixed with a personal touch that really stood out. They were thorough in explaining the process, which calmed our nerves and made us feel secure in their hands. Their reassurance and confidence were contagious, and it was clear they not only loved what they were doing but also cared deeply about our experience.
The Jump: As for the skydive itself, it was an exhilarating experience that I will never forget. The views were breathtaking, and the sensation of free-falling was absolutely thrilling. However, what made the experience even more special was knowing we were in capable and caring hands. The instructors were not just focused on safety; they were genuinely invested in making our experience unforgettable.
I cannot recommend Sky Dive Phoenix highly enough. It’s not just the act of skydiving that made this experience memorable, but the people who made us feel so valued and cared for. If you’re looking for an adventure that combines thrill, safety, and a team that treats you like family, then Sky Dive Phoenix is the place to go.
Thank you, Sky Dive Phoenix, for an experience that touched our hearts and gave us memories that will...
Read moreEdit - editing my review as the staff at Skydive Phoenix called my daughter to discuss the situation and apologize for the lack of communication. They went ahead and sent her a copy of her video and invited her back at a discount, which I appreciated. Thank you for reaching out and making things right.
We came here for my daughter so her and my husband could jump for her birthday. My daughter’s instructor was not very communicative at all with her although my husband’s instructor was with him. My husband had paid extra for them to go higher so we were told they would be coming out after the rest of the people that were on the same plane. When my husband’s instructor came to get him, he told me his parachute was pink and purple so to watch for it, and I would know that it was my husband coming down. When my daughter’s instructor came and got her, I asked him what color his parachute was so I would be able to watch for it as well, and he told me mostly pink. Well, I ended up not being able to film my daughter coming in or landing as they ended up being the first ones out of the plane which we were not expecting, and both of their parachutes were totally different colors than what they had told us they would be. Therefore, I didn’t even know it was them until my daughter had already landed and called out to me. When I made the comment that I was not able to get any pictures or video of her coming in or landing, my daughter‘s instructor responded that he got it all on his camera so if I wanted to purchase it, then I could. I felt this was very unprofessional. When we asked about the additional money that my husband had spent to have them go higher, we were told that the other group paid even more. All in all I think the communication was extremely lacking and I can’t help but wonder (based upon my daughter‘s instructor making the comment that he did) if it may have been on purpose just to get us to purchase the video afterwards. All in all I thought that they didn’t do a very good job of communicating and we were simply a piece on a conveyor belt and they already had their money. Not very customer service...
Read moreOkay so I'm a server at nandos and served these wonderful people on Friday and we talked about soo much and just had soo many laughs and they were telling em about skydiving and I was very interested in doing it then spontaneously went the next day. It's by far the most therapeutic thing I've done for myself Joel was a great tandem partner for me wouldn't have wished for anyone else to jump me, he did an exercise with me in the air to let go of all my bad energy and negative thoughts and literally broke me into tears idk how he knew I needed that, that day but he did and I will carry that moment close to me forever. Now let's talk about George man I love this guy's energy he just has a way of making you feel soo comfortable and safe and wouldnt have jumped if he wasn't my photographer for this it was very important to me to have both of them in my first time jump video we've connected and talked about soo much it was necessary for me. This whole skydiving crew really is very welcoming like a family I love all of them and am very thankful to have met them and have them in my life now. Tiffany is such a sweetheart very beautiful and soo nice helped me find a safe way to bring my necklace that has my grandmother's ashes in because I really wanted her with me and she took the time to help me find the safest way and it meant alot to me. Now Jess she's awesome soo sweet and easy to talk to I've never thought there were people out there I could just meet and feel like we'd be great friends I felt this way with her. They all make you feel at home and it's soo nice. George's mom's Kate is sooo sweet as well very glad to have met her. I will definitely be back for more jumps and fun can't wait!! Thank you all at the skydiving family for making this experience one I'll...
