I ordered a cow and the ground meat is riddled with gristle! Trimmed ALL of the fat off ALL cuts after I asked them NOT to! So no flavor cooks into the meat now. WORST place EVER!!!! If I could give a NO Star I would!!!!

Okay, your response is simply NOT TRUE! I personally spoke with Holly to give her my cut sheet and I was very specific regarding how I wanted the cuts!!! The only other party involved was the guy dropping off the cow and he had nothing to do with the cut sheet. I CALLED IN THE CUT SHEET! I SPOKE WITH HOLLY! I GAVE THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! YOU did not make it right because you wanted me to package 800 lbs of meat up and drive 3 hours round trip to take it all back! That's insane! I would spend too much money in gas and time wasted! You should have sent me money back or offered to pick up the meat...

If you expect to get your own meat back from this processor, GOOD LUCK! I am 68 years old and have eaten grain fed beef from our farms my whole life. Farmers Harvest has the freshest beef and pork you can buy. I absolutely love the steaks , hamburger pattie’s and the bulk ground beef!
