We got a 4g wireless blackbox from them 2 yrs ago and suddenly it quit working w/out notice!We called them 3 times to try and get a new one,and they were very rude and not helpful.I talked w/ the same guy the 3 times I called and he kept interrupting me impatiently and when I tried to ask him why he is rude etc.,he said I'm the one who's rude.I talked w/ others who had the same problem. They sold us outdated equipment marked up almost 3 times its actual value. Went from these guys to Yoder Connections and that was a BIG MISTAKE!! They have everything Yoders doesn't have including super helpful people and great customer service! And the people who give them a bad review clearly don't know what they are talking about. Will definitely be going back to them...
