I hired this company for my sister & brother-in-law's 50th wedding anniversary. This is a milestone that not many couples make and we wanted it to be special. This is when it start. A month and a half before the pickup date my niece and I could not reach anyone by phone to confirm our time and date. The phone kept going to the answering machine. Finally, three weeks later, someone called. At that point, I should have realized that this was a red flag! On the day of the party the limo arrived 20 minutes late. I believe she said she had to stop and get gas and she was given the wrong time. We had confimed a couple of times and the place to pick us up at. The limo was filithy inside and out! I asked the driver why there wasn't any ice in the sink to keep our drinks cold. The answer I got was, " we don't put ice in the limo sink." This is the first limo I have ever been in that didn't have ice! Then the limo driver didn't look professional at all! Looked like she just threw on a coat and got in the limo! My niece and I complained about what happened and the person at the company asked "what do you want us to do about this. I said give us $100.00 back. My niece then called again about the money and they said send us a copy the receipt. I would think they should have it. Well, it has been since the 6th of November and no money returned!!    Read moreMy husband and I got married on 08/26 and used Midnight Madness for our shuttle, as they were a preferred vendor of Castle Farmz. The plan was to have them drop our guests off in Petoskey once the Wedding was over, and then to come back for additional guests who were staying in Charlevoix. The night of, we were told the bus driver wouldnât leave because he didnât have the rest of the payment, and thought it was weird guests couldnât go back because we hadnât passed along the tip yet-so we gave it. The next morning we found out the driver was not informed that the second half of our payment (1,430) was paid a week before our Wedding and that is why our guests werenât allowed to be dropped off. My Mom reached out on Monday, the 28th as we were off to our Honeymoon. She was told we would be sent a check for the wait (and due to other guests having to get a ride last minute). She followed up 3-4 more times, and then Iâve followed up myself since Iâve been back as well (it currently is 10/09). I made Castle Farms aware of the poor service our guests got, and advised them of the lack of response from their preferred vendor.    Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with Midnight Madness Party Bus. After paying in full for a reservation, I later decidedâwell in advance of my eventâto go with another vendor. I was within my contract limits and entitled to a refund according to our contract. I contacted the company to cancel and request a refund, but what should have been a simple process turned into weeks of unnecessary frustration.
For over a month, I called multiple times a week and was repeatedly told different stories about when my refund would be issued. Despite my patience and multiple follow-ups, no refund was ever processed. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company to get my money back.
