EDIT: Changing my 2 star to a 1 star as It's been a week and the internet has gone out 5 of the 7 days and has been out for 6+ hours at a time. No explanation, no help, no cost off our bill when we've had NO internet more than we've HAD internet this month honestly. This is despicable honestly. Check with Verizon and see if they offer coverage in the Huttig area! My husband and I are switching Wednesday because this is horrid

Used to be a good company. We switched from ATNT to them because ATNT was leaving us without internet for 3-5 days out of the week for several hours at a time.

Now Bayou cable is doing the same thing. Twice within three days our internet has gone out for 4+ hours with no ETA on fixing it. They say someone keeps cutting the lines, why hasn't this person been stopped? Everytime I call they always tell me someone has cut the lines and they're trying to fix it.

Also don't bother calling after 2pm they say they're open until 4 but will not take calls after 2pm and your phone will go straight to voicemail

They're quick to cut you off the second you're late but get offended when you ask for a cut off the internet bill after going a third of the month...

Our internet has been out the last four out of five days for long periods of time with no explanation as to why. We only hear from someone on our neighborhood Facebook group who has been lucky enough to speak with someone in the office and it’s always the same excuse followed by “they have techs working on it” every time. I emailed the company after getting voice recordings this week but never received confirmation, outage information, or when we could except our service to be restored. There is very little to no communication whatsoever and after many years with Bayou Internet, we are now shopping for other providers...

Honestly used to be a good company until these last two months when the internet started Conveniently going out after their office closes and stays off for the rest of the night.

I feel like I'm getting a curfew on when I'm allowed to have internet. Why am I paying $60 for internet that turns off at 4-5 pm and I can't used it till...
