The owners/upper management are dirty. They wonder why they can't keep management, maybe it's because they hire back someone who steals and won't show up and then blame it on the manager, or maybe it's because they really just don't know what they are doing. They must be rich enough to not care about unemployment or food poisoning or what our community is about, I'm not sure what they think they know but what I do know is that they just fired someone that they threw into a job that he didn't want for something that THEY controlled right before Christmas. The upper management is horrible and knows nothing about the actual day to day of the store. They fire employees for other workers faults and then rehire the ones at fault. They allow workers that steal from them to continue working there no matter how many times they have stolen and or quit. The employess that have no work ethic and just dont show for their shifts are more valued than the ones that break their back...
