Dollar Tree — Local services in Marion

I am a 80 year old woman that is a frequent shopper. THIS IS THE BEST DOLLAR TREE I HAVE BEEN TO! For it to have been open for almost a year now, MAN, are they rocking it and keeping things put together unlike the rest of the stores. To the people that have negatively leave a review about the staff there being HUMAN and having HUMAN errors, THINGS HAPPEN! REGARDLESS of when they open, they open that location with C A R E! I have NEVER had a bad experience since I’ve started coming here! If it is such a problem, go to the other filthy stores! You’ll have a mouthful to say! I want to give a HUGE shout out to Angel, and both Amy’s! I am ALWAYS serviced with respect. I am greeted, thanked, and always entering feeling welcomed! Also, they always answer my questions or concerns and if they do not know the answer, they take the initiative to found out from outside sources for me. Stopped here for the first time today. I was very impressed by how well organized the store was and even thought to myself that this would now become my go to store. Well that thought left my mind after going through the checkout. Avery needs to completely re-trained on customer service. No greeting whatsoever, more caught up on a conversation with two fellow coworkers in the next checkout counter. Had her back to me talking to them as I waited for her to push credit for my card to go through. We just spent $27 the cashier asked if we wanted a receipt, we said no and we walked out. The long haired guy with glasses follows us out and says we didn’t finish paying. My fiance went back in and all 3 of the staff were rude and degrading to him. Told him he missed a button and told him he didn’t pay. This dollar tree is close to our house and we love going here but after this incident we won’t be back.
