I purchased a Brand New Hamilton Beach Refrigerator and went there to pick up to take it home. I drove out back while my friend waited inside with my daughter and witnessed one of the male employees put the floor model HB Refrigerator on a two wheel dolly and bring it out back to me. I asked the employer why isn't it in a box and he told me that somebody else purchased the same Refrigerator and they put mine out on the floor and when I asked to see the box he told me they broke it down. When I got home, my friend noticed scratches on the inside from obviously the drawers being opened and closed so it was clear to me at that point that I was lied to. It also had dust on top of the Refrigerator so I took pictures and drove right back there and confronted the manager and told them I had pictures and my friend witnessed it being put on the two wheel dolly and taken out back to me. I told him I know it's not new and I was given the floor model and you did this knowing it was not new but panning it off on me as it was and I asked him for $100.00 to taken off but he said he couldn't do it but he'd give me 20% off which was even better because I ended up getting $108.00 back. Even though while first shopping there they were nice to my face but obviously turned out to be very dishonest people. Especially the manager. I also noticed that several mattresses that were on beds on display the first time shopping there were gone and it wouldn't surprise me in the least that they took them all floor and sold them as new like they tried to do wit and my Refrigerator.. I will never do business...

I gave review last year but took down since last night because of changes with the store staffing. This is the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. I had issues with delivery drivers & more recently the harassment of phone calls on a weekly basis & now they even will come to your door to drop off notification. I can understand if you’re extremely late but I am not & ran into medical problems. They do not work with you & have repeatedly put on my credit report when there wasn’t supposed to be a credit check. False advertising & sign has been removed now. The insurance you get with financing, isn’t worth a damn. You have to be out for weeks before they will pickup the payment. I’ve had a stroke & heart attack in the last year & my husband had open heart surgery this year but they still wanted their payment. They are heart less!! I has got worse with the new credit manager, Notoka. I have even called Corporate to complain. No luck there either. There’s a few other employees that are heart less as well. I will NEVER deal with this store again & DO NOT...

My family have been a customer for over 10 years, I have purchased a riding lawn mower, 2 complete living room sets a washer dryer and dish washer...never any problems until we bought a refrigerator out of the barging area well after a month it quits working Darren the manager only gave 7 day warranty but he will not make it right...We will never buy from again,guess we will take our business to Babcock...10 years of shopping loyalty doesn't mean anything to this...
