Why am i not able to leave 0? If you want your family member to get help, run far far away from these thieves .They are neglectful, abusive, and only in it for the money. They steal your clothes & then bill the state to pay the patient back. They employees love Louie & Nike. They do not care about your health, my father was denied treatment & food. The day he was released they were supposed to offer a ride (bc that’s what the governments money for this places is used for) they denied him. They just want the gov money and the free stuff they get off people backs who come in. If you go, riots every nights due to argumentative Staff and NEGLECTED patients, you will not see a doctor or specialist for days at min, and no therapy. This isn’t a rehab it’s jail2.0

There was one lady who was delightful to encounter, however this business needs to be looked into by the BBB and i will have to see that one through. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Don’t wanna help people? Don’t get into the industry. People come to you for help, we’re in the middle of a crisis & just imagine how this place could really change someone’s life if it wasn’t a place just to scam the government...

I would give this “facility” a zero if I could. Everything here was awful. Food was disgusting, and since no one really wanted it they would load your tray up with that nasty stuff. Techs were a nightmare, and I won’t go into specifics with naming names but most of the “techs” on this staff were a joke. Unprofessional, rude, loud and obnoxious, drama seeking, foul mouthed idiots. Seeing a doctor is nearly impossible, and to top it all off I was here when I was pregnant and received absolutely ZERO prenatal care. Which later led to a lengthy list of problems with my delivery and my baby, that I could probably sue for but I won’t even bother. The only good thing I have to say about this place is Big D and Ms. Joy, both of y’all are wonderful! They made this place a little bit brighter and really care about the clients. The living conditions are very bad. The food is also very bad. The counseling is non existent and very poor. This is my second time there in two years. I don't see how Medicaid is paying these place 30 thousand a month per client. They are not giving clients the treatment they claim to provide. Maybe Medicaid should investigate!!!!I never seen a rehab where they have a sheriff deputy present during med dispensing.very unorganized. Overcrowded living quarters too.
