This is not a business that can be trusted. I needed a tire repair but it was after hours. A local business call this business to see if they could repair my tire. They sent a man to shop to meet me at 6:30 pm. I had put my spare on and the flat was in the bed of my F150 truck. After he repaired tire and put back on my vehicle, I asked how much. He called his boss, who told him the charge was for a two hour minimum of $100 per hour, a total of $200.00 for a 20 minute tire repair which I brought to his shop. I spoke with a lady to give her my credit card info, she agreed to cut it in half, only charge me $100.00. She also said she would call the next morning to get me a receipt. The next morning, I had not received the call, I checked my credit card charge. I had been charged $150.15. I called the shop, spoke to the young man I spoke with the day before, I explained to him my displeasure about the charge. He said they charge $85.00 per hour, two hour minimum for road call. I told him there was no road call, I brought the tire to him. He didn’t care, so he transferred call to his mother, the lady I spoke with the evening before. I also shared my displeasure with her about the charge and that she told me she would only charge me $100.00. She had absolutely no interest in what I had to say. I also explained to her that I worked with the railroad, not for the railroad and this was my personal expense that I had to pay, not paying with a railroad credit card. When she sent my receipt, I was charged; $127.50 for tire repair, $10.00 for shop supplies, and tax, totaling $150.15. It seems they charge what they feel like with no set charges. I was never told ahead of time what the charges would be. After the fact, I was told $100.00 per hour, $85.00 per hour, but charged $127.50. I will be sharing my experience with the railroad company along with anybody else that might need tire services. I thought price gouging was...
Read moreThey like to add a little more than they suppose to on the bill. Needed a ac blower for my car that cost $150-162 the most with labor was reasonable ($80). Got my bill and it was $337.00. They got me with the new ac motor blower and it was billed for $250. Also notice my wire connection to my motor was rig due to “A already shortage.” I know my car and I know it well and knew what it looked like from the motor to the plug in to the motor looked like before bringing it in. The ac blower is normally located under your glove department so it was easy for me to look at it before bringing it in. Whoever worked on it must’ve pulled to hard on the plug to my AC blower motor and broke the plug. So what they ended up doing was put some type of glue to glue the plug back in my new Ac blower that was suppose to be $150-160 but charged me hundred dollars more for a new blower and their rigging they did. Yeah $5 for the glue 😂. Listed on the bill “shop use supply.” Don’t suggest this place to anyone. Horrible work for...
Read moreBought a tire from them that blew out 19 days later, brought my truck back in and before they could refund my money they had to send the ruined tire back to company to make sure it was defected....it was so they reimbursed me 55% of what I paid for the tire. Their reasoning was because they only pay 55% of what they charged me for the tire so my refund consists of what they pay for the tire and they they keep the amount they marked the tire up. That’s like me returning something to Walmart that cost 100$ and Walmart refunding me 25$ because that’s how much Walmart pays for it. I have never heard of such. Just really disappointed that people would even consider running a business like that. When you buy a product from a company and then have to return it because it’s defected you should be reimbursed the amount you payed for...
