They threw our belongings like trash! The mold in the RENTAL the home we live in was not caused by us! We lived in the home 2 months than the mold started growing on all our belongings. With spores in the air of 78k and more. This company was called in. We were told to remove linen belongings, clothing that kinda things! So we did. We were not informed of anything else. The owners of the home told us this company would clean our belongings. The Jason guy told me which is on home security cameras that our belongings would be taken care of and cleaned in place. I check the cameras as they are working to find their employees throwing our things. Removed everything from our home “nothing cleaned in palce”. Now they refuse to answer us! Our belongs still thrown like trash. I have videos and photo prof of this! We didn’t sign up for this. We didn’t cause this. Why treat us and our things like this?! All ridiculous. Do NOT abuse this company! Unless u want ur personal...

In trying to prepare my parent's house for sale, there was quite a bit of work required in the basement. ServPro came and evaluated the basement, provided me with a fair price for the work required, and then coordinated the work to be completed around my ability to have the space cleaned out and ready for them. They were extremely flexible and responsive, but more importantly they communicated with me every step of the way and made sure they were meeting my schedule. So few service providers are able to do so anymore. They also discovered a gas leak and arranged to have a plumber respond immediately to address the situation as my plumber wasn't available. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone else as well. They came to me as a recommendation from our realtor how recommended them to me. Rachel and Donna in particular were wonderful...

I cannot recommend Servpro of Marlboro/Tinton Falls enough, and specifically John Maxted in their construction department! I just needed a few little things done and they got me on the schedule right away. The process was quick and seamless throughout. John was prompt and made sure to go over exactly what I needed done. He took his time making sure he did everything I needed as asked. His attention to detail, especially with these vanities he painted for me, was top notch. And he was very neat and tidy! I would happily call Servpro of Marlboro/Tinton Falls again for any construction needs I may have. Impeccable service, quality work, friendly and knowledgeable staff, the whole works. Thanks for all your hard work!

I cannot recommend Servpro of Marlboro/Tinton Falls enough, and specifically John Maxted in their construction department! I just needed a few little things done and they got me on the schedule right away. The process was quick and seamless throughout. John was prompt and made sure to go over exactly what I needed done. He took his time making sure he did everything I needed as asked. His attention to detail, especially with these vanities he painted for me, was top notch. And he was very neat and tidy! I would happily call Servpro of Marlboro/Tinton Falls again for any construction needs I may have. Impeccable service, quality work, friendly and knowledgeable staff, the whole works.
