if you own a jeep wrangler or any other “larger vehicle”, don’t bother trying to get your car washed here. just tried to go through and get the $22 “the works” wash, and still exited the wash with soap all over my car. assuming it was a small error, i asked if i could go through to just get off the excess soap, they obliged but yet still ended up with soap all over. when i asked why the car still had soap on it, they said they don’t lower one of the dryers. it was never brought to my attention that they wouldn’t be able to fully clean the car and that i would leave with soap dried to the outside of my car. a refund was never issued, just a shrug and a “sorry we don’t know what to tell you”. i’ve uploaded pictures of my “clean” car after two of their most expensive washes they offer

update: i emailed the email they responded back to my review to attempt to make things right and i have yet to hear a response a week later. they just want to make it seem like they are taking care of the situation online when realistically they’re doing nothing to remediate the situation with the customers they’ve wronged. horrible business and...

At first I only noticed how poor of a job it did actually cleaning my car. Upon further inspection, it left scratches throughout my car from the front to the back. Even the casings for my lights are scratched as well as my front windshield. Completely scratched up my car. Went in the file an incident report and was immediately told it was not from them because of the direction of the brushes but as you can see from the pictures, they do go in the forward to back direction as well as the brushes being able to move since it's not rigid, there will be changes in direction on uneven surfaces like my hood. The only thing that can cause scratches throughout my car would be something that makes contact with my whole car... A car wash... But somehow they are still denying it when I went into it with no scratches on this new car.

Response to owner: I already sent an email last week when this happened and am still waiting to hear from management. This reply is just publicity to make it look like you're doing something when in reality nothing is happening...

BEWARE!! Very shady business, never swipe your card here even if you end up here and you must urgently do a car wash.

I happened to be in the area, unfortunately decided to have a car wash here few months back. I only wanted one time carwash. The person said it is free this time etc. I insisted I may not going to coming here again so this is just one time as I usually do the car wash myself. He said this is not recurring or anything and they are doing a promotion to encourage people to come more after taking a look at the quality of their work etc etc and if interestes they can sign up for the program. I swiped my card and left, didn't suspect anything at the time. Quality of wash wasnt any special, just the same as most places. $10 was charged for the regular wash and now I notice for the past few months there has been recurring charge of about $34 every month.
