Dollar General — Local services in Maroa

Customer service is terrible. The employee Shelly is absolutely disrespectful she try to tell me I can’t use two different digital coupon accounts. One was for me then one was for my grandmother, that was with me in line. She doesn’t know how to use it so I was helping her. When I went to put her phone number in I accidentally put the last two numbers in. When I did that she began to laugh at me. Totally disrespectful. One time I try to use coupons and she would not let me use my coupon because the coupon was more than the item was worth. She told me that dollar general doesn’t do overage. I don’t see how they don’t offer overage when it clearly states on the website that you can as long as you have another item to cover that overage which I did. I also have coupon at other stores and I have got overage before to pay for other items in my transaction. I also called corporate and they told me that it was allowed.
