We telephoned and spoke with a salesperson named Kevin. We explained what we were looking for in a travel trailer. We drove there over 75 miles and met Kevin. It was a hot day and my wife was still recovering from surgery she had 3 weeks earlier. They had no golf carts to use for getting around their lot. Kevin just pointed us in the direction of where the trailers would be setting that he believed we would be interested in and would fit our budget. (Funny, but I had not discussed budget with him. He must have made a decision based on us, our clothes, our vehicle, who knows). We went through several trailers by ourselves. Each one we looked at we had questions about but no Kevin to ask. He popped in while we were looking at one and advised us that they were short handed and he would check back in on us. We looked at a few more but it was too hot for my wife so we walked back to the office. I wondered how we would be able to check back with Kevin since he was on the lot apparently assisting multiple customers....we discovered him walking out of his little air conditioned cubical. We left and won't be back. Too many other great RV dealerships to pick from that want our business. Terrible customer service at...

Read moreHad Four Winds install new awning material on my travel trailer. I brought it home and run it out and it ran past the stopping point. I thought I was going to have OEM Dometic material installed but it was not. The material must be longer and it doesn't stop! I called Four Winds and they said that I would just have to live with it and I would just have to eyeball it when to stop. First time I went camping I tried to run it out and it stopped working after 5 foot, dead no power. Called a mobile RV service guy with 30 years experience and he said try it now, it started working. The plug in the railing for the motor was barely plugged in and corroded. I told him that the time I had it out it seemed to struggle. So him and I unwound the spring, it had 5 turn's he said it should have 7, we corrected and it is much better. He pulled the tag off of the awning that said to remove after installing and it was some aftermarket material. Cost me $100 bucks for a service call because of the poor workmanship provided at...
