FUG, Inc — Local services in Marshall

Let me start by stating that I’m well aware of how this situation looks, but I was given absolutely NO opportunity to even explain the situation. I’ve been meeting a friend here to pay back money I owe for nearly a year now and have never had any issues. I’ve even spoken to one of the older gentlemen a couple times and never had any issues. My problem came about when one of the middle-aged dark haired women in the morning confronted me assuming I’m dealing drugs. I’m a mixed man, so I can only assume she’s racially profiling. She made no attempt to explain what I may have been doing wrong that led to why she decided to informally “ban” me from coming back to the parking lot and she even threatened me by telling me about her “cop husband”. As far as I’m aware the parking lot was fine as she or anybody else didn’t state otherwise. If she had spoken to me and told me what I was doing wrong, then I would’ve stopped, but that never happened. If your cameras actually work like you say they do, then you’d see that I’ve had a man that works there come out to have a pleasant conversation with me in the past and that there were no drugs exchanged. Unfortunately this type of treatment is too common in this town and this isn’t the first time I or someone I know has been accused of doing something illegal without any evidence. I’m not saying I wasn’t doing anything wrong by handling currency here, but I was never told not to until I was accused. I’ve seen other reviews on how this place can treat even children, so l shouldn’t expect less if you have a darker complexion too. I personally wouldn’t recommend doing business here to avoid any form of hostility...

Even giving this place one star is too much! Shame on you FUG for keeping funds from 3 little boys! Hope nothing ever happens to your family's and you're put into a situation like this! Your company and it's employees will have karma! How can you sleep at night!!!! Warning for all who read reviews....do not do business with this place! They will also private message you if you make a negative review and claim they're in the right! Except they won't message the mother of these boys. Guilty...

FUG put new numbers on my daughters soccer jersey, after the old ones peeled off (her idiot dad, me, tried to iron the old numbers back on without putting a towel on top first). They were able to get the old numbers off and new ones on. They were friendly, fast and didn't charge me for the new numbers. I will certainly use them for my prining needs in the future and highly recommend them. I give them a 100 out of 10 stars, they are a wonderful...
