I was given this business' card by the woman I bought my house from in September of 2019, and she told me that I was going to need to get the whole house generator serviced in May of 2020. Well Covid hit and I wasn't going to be having anyone in my home. We absolutely love our generator and want to keep it in good working order, and a light came on that we needed to have the battery checked. The generator was installed in 2018 and it had never been serviced, so Roger prepared me that my bill could be up to $400 if it needed a brand new battery along with the oil change and full service. I actually prepared for $500 because I knew we had used it at least three times in the last year and a half. Since it wasn't really our fault we couldn't get it serviced on time, he said he would give us a $50 discount. He was friendly and quick and I happily wrote a check for less than I was planning on. Later he messaged me that he realized he had forgotten to give me my $50 discount. I hadn't even noticed because I hadn't looked at the bill yet. He offered to bring me my check back so I could write one for the correct amount since he was going to be in the area the next day. I told him he didn't have to go to that trouble and he could just put it on our account since we are obviously going to be using them again! He said he could do that if that's what I wanted, but insisted it was no trouble and brought it back out at the time I designated was convenient for me. Despite the long delay in the delivery of the generator (due to COVID I suppose), Roger kept us informed and was reassuring that as soon as the generator was delivered to him, we would have it. True to his word, less than a week after the delivery, the generator is installed and ready to go.
