I had a sofa and chair shipped. It came extremely damaged. Contacted Cattlehouse. They agreed to fix the damage. Now it’s been several months and they sent me a leather cushion that doesn’t even match. I’m sick about this. They convince you to use Zelle so you can’t get a chargeback. I did my homework and their reviews were great but now I sit with a horrible looking piece of furniture. I am so disappointed. This is a RESPONSE to your response….you were already doing business in Waco and Austin. You took the chair back but instead of giving me a full refund as promised you have me less than half!!! You also agreed to send me the correct dyed leather for the sofa and did not. Once you left communication ceased. I also found out you have friends posting fake reviews. Shame on you!!! This has been a nightmare and I have your text plus one of you past workers to prove it. As far as driving to me??? You called from Waco at 8:30 at night asking to come and try and fix the damage Waco is 2 hours away? I wasn’t going to let you on my property at 10:30 at night? Again, very disappointed at your lies. It would be appreciated if you would refund me the rest of the chair since you stated in your rebuttal that you offered a full refund. Pictures speak louder than words. Anyone would be upset at the condition of the furniture. Even the shipping company pointed out how poorly prepared it was...
