As newcomers to purchasing bulk feed we got WAY ripped off by the machine operator this spring (who claims he was a veteran too... Wow). This is even taking to account the slight seasonal feed price change that thee owner cited. The scamming, drunk machine operator got fired but the owner never offered to make it right to us. I know others who have had bad experience with inconsistency in the weights of their feed when they use the same containers and they won't be going back to them. Not the way I'd run a business. Gotta have accountability, and the owner was clueless to or chose to ignore what was going on.
The folks who operate there now seem very nice. Just be aware and look out for yourself and have an idea of what your feed in your container is SUPPOSED to weight before you buy from them.
