Read moreI have been shoping at fleet farm for over fourty years. I know where everything is and I can go directly to what I'm looking to purchase. I have been noticing a slide in their overall quality of merchandise and quantity. I often go to Fleet instead of Menards because of the proximity to my house and business. In the last two weeks I have made several stops there only to find the item I am looking for has an empty shelf. This week it was AA batteries. On sale ....but I stopped on the first day of the sale. Theee days later I stop to pick up a SD card and every spot for a card under $10 was empty. 8 empty spots! Batteries were still out. So then I thought I would just pick up some corn for baiting deer. Even that was gone. I stopped to ask an assistant manager and they said they have been so busy with hunters. "Management" customers really do not want to hear an excuse. I for one would like to hear that you and your company will try to do a better job of planning in the future and acknowledge you failed in this attempt. You were a good company.....lest get it back together befor someone fills your place by doing a...
Read moreAs for the Marshfield location. I doubt I will ever spend another penny there. This decision has started with me about 10 years ago. I took my pickup in there to have a couple tires put on . Thier mechanic stripped and broke off 3 lug nuts. I had to pat for thier negligence or stupidity. I was irate that I had to pay for thier screw up. I spoke to the manager, he says it's company policy that I had to pay for thier screw up. I vowed to never let thier shop ever touch anything again. In which it hasn't. And just over the years every time I try to get help in certain areas you have walk all over the place to find someone. When you do and try to ask them something they totally ignore you and go where only employees are allowed. There are a few decent people who have worked there for decades and they are always helpful and knowledgeable. But as for ever going to the Marshfield store I will never set foot in there again. And I spent alot if money over the years. So im done with...
