Purchased August 2024, 2 oversized Lazy Boy, model Randall Rocker Recliners, to be exact duplicate of floor model with upgraded Tempur foam, very firm rocker and a recliner couch. One Rocker came as should the other, out of the box, made a clunking noise due to a bent footrest mechanism and not as firm. 2 months later seat and back start to sag. Cannot return to replace with what I paid for. Sent to service center, total hassell as need to take of work to be available for when they come somewhere between 8am a d 12 noon. Showed around 12ish for 15 minutes. That was in October. Received replacement part by mail, called it arrived and to schedule service, checked back week later after never received appointment time and wasn't in system for a call. Repair person can first come in February 2025. Again, will have to take time off of work. Extremely disappointed in customer service from Slumberland by not replacing the Rocker Recliner and leavi g me with the hassell of scheduling repairs to a new rocker that did not come as ordered. Considering the 3 pieces were a substantial purchase and were looking for a third recliner the Mateto once we were able to view in person. First the person assisting me did not introduce themself, and after hearing I o nly wanted to see the special advertised told me the sale was not on yet although my phone ad said it was. She then checked about sale a d a d again said it was not on. When I showed ad on my phone she asked where I got that. She then grudgingly said they would honor the sale price. When I asked about delivery she told me the store did not have the chair, it was in their warehouse and would be a week til delivery to store. She also said they were out several weeks on any home delivery. Through the whole process she made me feel as if since I only wanted the sale item I wasn't worth her time. To be fair the chair was delivered to store at quoted time and with my addition of swivel base. I picked it up myself. It just was a rather unpleasant experience and I will probably not...

We purchased it on several items because we were told it covered everything, no questions asked. A few months after purchasing our sectional, the cup holders just disappeared. We think our toddler threw them in the garbage, while in her garbage phase...to make a long story short, they said it was considered theft and wasn't covered. Theft?? We also called on several other things: parts falling off of things, frames of recliners bent, etc. They couldn't find proof that we owned any of the pieces, or that we had insurance, and after dozens of phone calls, they wouldn't cover ANYTHING.
