LEARN TO PRIORITIZE YOUR CUSTOMERS?
Need more in store help (Lines Long) Pickup is more important than in store Not the nicest employees in the world, a smile wouldn’t kill em.
Never should someone in store be waiting for anything when there’s employees working on pickup orders for later.
Is it that hard to provide good customer service? Stopped by to just pick up a few things & just needed some cash back. The chick at the register couldn’t get it to work for whatever reason (she didn’t know what she was doing) & this is after waiting in line for 3-4 people) so she refers me to customer service.
I go over to customer service to stand for another 15 mins while two employees work on one pickup order behind me. Standing there staring at me like I’m not in need of help and the manager lollygagging around with buggies in the front of the store. So I’m just glad to know that you prioritize your customers that don’t come into the store over your in store customers.
Keep in mind I stop at this store at least 4 times out of the week on the way home from work. They need to hire more help or something because the lines are...
Read moreI recently misunderstood what I was paying for a bottle of wine ..it was misplaced by another shopper maybe but I thought I was paying$ 4.00 but I paid almost 13.00 dollars for a bottle of wine and so I talked to a lady at food lion and explained that I would never pay that much for wine that I was using for cooking..the wine that I bought was where the sign said that this wine was 4.00 but really it was almost thirteen dollars..but the lady at food lion helped me out with the mistake..as always they were great..So thanks food lion for being there for me and understanding..When you opened this store I was one of the first Thur the door and I am glad you are still here for me today..it's been many years that we have been together..I often pass other stores but never stop ...cause they are not my food lion store ...Thanks for being here for me..all my family shops with Food Lion..one sister in Norwood.NC.. one in Charlotte,NC..a Brother in the Hemby Bridge,NC. and my daughter in Matthew,NC. Read morePoor customer service. My mother cut her arm IN THIS STORE and asked deli, customer service, and cashiers for a bandaid and they didn’t have one and wouldn’t go get her one. My mother has lupus and cut her arm on a box in the egg section with bacteria and nobody wanted to stop their conversations to help her. First aid is required in deli, but nobody had any. First aid is required in the office, but nobody had any. First aid is required in the store, but nobody had any and refused to go on an aisle and get a bandaid, they gave my 54 year old mother paper towels. Don’t treat somebody like they're a Karen when you forget to use compassion and common decency as a person. Bloods probably still on the eggs because nobody bothered to check the place that cut her. I give strangers bandaids from my purse any time someone needs it. How dare you see someone bleeding and not feel compelled to give a bandage - any of them customers and employees. Do better people. Have compassion and kindness...
