Make sure you have water resistant shoes/boots on cuz you have some real fun water hike to catch up inbetween(if you choose to switch trails) Water level is only up to less than 1/2 feet in certain regions of creek to cross/switch inbetween the trails ( white, blue, yellow ,orange trail paths, each of more or less about 1mile distance hike with different difficulty levels) Keep yourself hydrated, carry hydrants and snacks You'll find cool little water falls here and there and creek runs all along yellow and blue trials. Peeps interested in photography can get creative here. People also walk their pets and kids(3 yrs and above) have a lot of fun. Parking is a little tight and always full but people come in and go out...
Read moreTuquan Glen is awesome! I've been going here for years! It has great hiking for experienced rough terrain hikers. Great place!!!! Dog friendly too my...

It has tons of signs about not parking/private property/no phone. My friend and I started hiking at the bigger parking lot and wound up going in short quarter mile circles for like 30 minutes. Parks and rec needs to do a better job of announcing where the trails start - we only found out once we asked someone who had been...
