I went there they had a sign on their wall advertising a full synthetic oil change for $59.99 It ended up being over $72. They had some extra charges like shop supplies,$1.55 and another one Haz Matt at $1.55 Totaled $3.10 no where on there sign or hanging in the shop was this extra charge posted. Then they charged me $2.15 for additional oil. Now knowing that most if not all cars use a little more than 5 quarts if you fill the oil filter up with oil prior to installing it. But they pull you in with the $59.99 price. So the real quoted price should have been $65.19 + tax of 6.06 totaling $71.29 instead of $59.99 + tax 9.75% $$5.85 total $65.84 instead of $71.29. Underhanded tactics to raise the actual price that you get shocked with at the end of $5.25. + .21 extra tax. So $5.46 difference in the bill. I protested it and she just laughed at me. You should be informed of all extra charges if any before you agree to let them work in your car. Except Tsx we all expect to pay that one. As far as I’m concerned a man who operated his own business for 29 yrs. This is underhanded and crooked. I couldn’t have ever imagined doing a job for someone and at the end. Saying the contract or advertised price went up because of some obscure charges I didn’t inform you about at the beginning. No other station even Walmart that I have ever had my oil changed at has ever done this kinda sleight of hand to me. Darren Wingate a 64 year old man who has lived a little. Took my car in because my check engine light was on, code read Catalytic Converter. Took it to them because of their good reviews online. The diagnosis of an oxygen sensor and driveshaft seal from the tech seemed legit but they couldn’t give me a time for when the work would be completed. I had to call in order to find out my quote had gone up over $100 since my harmonic balancer needed replaced and they did the work before I agreed to it. I pick my car up and my driver side window wasn’t all the way up. I try to get it to raise but it only went down. I went back inside and they told me they needed to look at it. They then said my window regulator was bad and quoted me $235 to replace it. I told them no as I have replaced them before but they quoted the entire assembly, regulator and motor even though you can hear the motor working. I can’t get past them still charging for labor even though it broke at their shop. I know enough about vehicles to know they definitely take advantage of people and situations. The only redeeming quality is the lady in the office is extremely nice and helpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had to use them because my normal shop, A Plus was closed for a few weeks. I’ll stick to their honesty...

Staff is friendly when ready to get paid, and you out the door. Don't come unexpectedly to ask for updates or status, they aren't good at hiding their tones or facial expressions when frustrated about your presence their. Would've gave a 1 star, but I have to be honest they did the work I asked and informed me with their slight annoyance, that I never got my main solution of a leak fixed because I "didn't ask them to check", which is okay I know what i wanted done 🤣. The machanic informed me "pan wasn't only leak, the leak is coming from the top." As soon as he told me I knew where the leak was and actually got it fixed today myself. Good installs, could be better at customer service. End of the day we all have our problems and annoyances but we have to be professional about it, but work was good. So 3 stars. 👍.
