I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my order (placed on **2nd December 2020**) for a mattress ($500) and bed frame ($800), total**$1,300**. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive a refund or adequate customer service. 1. **Delayed Delivery & Partial Fulfillment:** - The mattress was delivered as scheduled, but the bed frame was delayed for over three months**, causing significant inconvenience. Due to the unreasonable delay, I **canceled the order** and requested a full refund 2. **Refusal to Refund & Broken Promises:** - Instead of honoring my cancellation request, your team offered store credit which I explicitly declined. - Despite visiting your store **5 times** and making countless calls, I received no updates, solutions, or communication. - Your staff repeatedly ignored my requests for escalation, and my calls/emails went unanswered. This unprofessionalism has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I insist on a **full refund of $800 including taxes/fees & interest to my original payment Failure to resolve this promptly will compel me to escalate this matter to consumer protection agencies, pursue a chargeback, and share my experience publicly to caution others. **Attachments:** - Order confirmation (2nd December 2020) - Cancellation request record - Documentation of visits/calls This situation has severely damaged my trust in your business. I expect urgent action to rectify this. When you oder furniture, we have to pay them full money then they will be order the wholesaler they don’t invest own money the invest our money, then make money. They are not real business. If you made it this far look no more for all of your furniture needs. This place has unbeatable prices, great catalog selections (not much on the showroom floor due to the limited space) and amazing customer service by this great sales guy Bill! Heads up though, call in advance and schedule an appointment cause you don’t wanna be disturbed during your furniture selection, right? Well, so does anyone else. So please call in advance, schedule you time (plan for few hours catalog browsing) and you’ll be well taken care of. Oh, almost forgot, no bathroom on-site.

They have horrible services, they lied about the time of delivery to having the wrong furniture ordered and very unprofessional! When they got the right one, it was broken. Be aware especially from the owner he is a scammer, he said that his business has been for over 20 years but that is a lie as well. You should shop online and Ashley's furniture before making any decisions because you will actually get a better deal and an actual time of delivery with the right furniture.

They have horrible services, they lied about the time of delivery to having the wrong furniture ordered and very unprofessional! When they got the right one, it was broken. Be aware especially from the owner he is a scammer, he said that his business has been for over 20 years but that is a lie as well. You should shop online and Ashley's furniture before making any decisions because you will actually get a better deal and an actual time of delivery with the right furniture.

Review overdue.ā˜šŸ¾If I could do it over again I wouldn't have come here! I would have gotten better service, prices and delivery dealing straight with Ashley Furniture where most of the furniture I purchased came from. Since they are a ŵholesale business I thought I would get better prices with them. But, after purchasing furniture from them I did some research, something I should've done before, PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND COMPARISON shopping first. I was drawn to the 5 star rating, which hindsight I should have read through all of the reviews. After my research I had that feeling in my gut I had made a terrible mistake. After our purchase our customer service became sub par as we had to deal with lengthy wait times on deliveries, had to pay for redelivery of an item that was flawed. And with that " here they come again" customer service attiude. The unpleasant journey with them lasted approx 6 months waiting on re delivery of items and for replenshing of stock. I did change my mind on an item and cancelled it. They did accommodate and when they did cancel it for us, they sure let us know they did us a favor.😬 When I did select the item I wanted, had to wait months.šŸ˜” I checked with Ashley just to compare delivery schedules, and although the same item was on back order with them, Ashley still received it sooner! I did not enjoy doing business with Dell or Jerry. My husband and I were persistent and tried to make the best of what we had already started there, and couldn't get out of. kitchen table we got from there is horrible. It was not Ashley's brand. But it keeps getting these dark marks on the surface from almost anything you put on the table, cups, glasses, rubber ball😳... Jerry said I could bring it in but if they find out what's going on is not their fault I would have to pay for the transport. Find out what's going on??? I just told him! For us to bring it in was just too much hassle worst purchase ever! I would have liked to have dealt with Bill. I did have the pleasure of talking to him but I never meet him. From the reviews it seems that he is a lot more forth going and transparent about his transactions. And he seems to care about what the customer wants. I'm not sure why we didn't get him? We spent quite a bit of money there, more than we should have had to pay.šŸ˜” The other living room item seems to be okay, but the recliner is kind of leaning to the side now šŸ¤” The night stands are holding up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Do you research, shop and compare! I'm sure they have some items that are "discounted." Just overall better experience and service dealing directly with Ashley...

My husband and I bought a mattress from this business. The mattress lasted about 5 months before a crease in the middle began to form. It was very difficult to sleep on. We would roll into the middle and so we had to return it. A mattress should last longer than 5 months. Although, we had the worst experience with Peter, the owner. The mattress is under warranty and we went to talk with him one day and he told us he would do his best to help us but we needed to wrap the mattress in plastic and bring it by so that they could assess the damage. We let him know that we would be back the next day. We went the next day and he asked us if we had an appointment. We were surprised because no one had mentioned that we needed to make an appointment. He had told us to wait outside and we did for a while then we went to wait inside. He rudely came up to us and asked why we were inside. He said that he had told us to wait outside and we asked him why. He just ignorantly said, ā€œbecause that is what I said.ā€ He kept repeating that ridiculous excuse. We told him that we were paying customers just like everyone else inside the business. Many people were inside but for some odd reason that he couldn’t express to us, we needed to wait outside. We asked him why he did not tell us the day befor that we needed an appointment because we would have made one. He said that he thought he told us. It was such a lie because why did we not have an appointment then? He was so rude, he got into an argument with my husband. We feel racially profiled because of the way he treated my husband, who is Brazilian; his English is not the best. He was treating us different than the other customers. He was kicking us out to wait outside. We would not recommend this business to anyone. Peter is good at selling, but he cheats you if you have any issues and need help with the warranty.
