I have been there about 4 times and plan on going a lot more frequently.
Pros: 1.Great price every time I went, $2.50/game and $3 for shoes... 3 games w/ shoes under $11, tough to beat in 2022. I'd rather have that than some cutting edge new facility that's $6/game personally. I never ordered food, but chicken tenders always looked pretty appetizing that my friends like to get. Staff has always been either friendly or at least not rude. I had one instance out of four where the man would be somewhere other than behind the counter, but he would be back within a min. or 2 I don't know if it has anything to do with the alley, but I always bowl well there. I usually bowl 115s, but have broken 150 there more times there than anywhere else
Cons: Not the end of the world, but I wish daily prices, promotions, and availability was easier to find online. In the day and age where Google can tell me in real time how busy roads are, I just wish their website kept up a clear schedule of when open bowling is and the price for all 7 days of the week. Maybe I can't find it or something tho. Usually, when 3 of us play 3 games (total of 9 games), the scoring will mess up 2 or 3 times total. A strike will only count as 9 or the other way around, something like that. Just have to know how to fix it through the computer system. I've never been to a place where this doesn't happen occasionally, so the key is for it to be easy to fix (and so far it has been). Selection of house balls is a little below average in my opinion. Of all the balls there, there is only one that fits my hand well and is a weight I like. I need to get my own ball if I want it perfect, but I wish they had about 20-30 more balls to choose from to add a bigger variety of grips and sizes. Some of them are also broken. When I go to the alley in Fruitland, MD, there are usually 4-5 balls that fit my hand so if one is in use I'm not using one that's hurting me after 3 games.
Overall, 4.25 stars... I've always had fun and plan on going back many times. If you go at the right times, it's a great place to have a couple hours of fun not staring at a TV screen for a reasonable price. I have had nothing but fun and positive experiences there and never felt "ripped off" or...

My wife and I decided to go bowling for the first time here today. We walked in and there were 3 people behind the counter. We were obviously standing in line behind a lady who was talking to a lady behind the counter and they were laughing it up. The minutes started passing by while they shot the breeze and all of the other people behind the counter left and it was just the lady. Finally another person comes behind the counter and tells the lady talking sheâs holding up the line. It then takes another 2 minutes for her to pay. We walk up to pay and the lady behind the counter changes her attitude and is quick to tell us we had to be done by 5pm. I ask why and she says we gotta be done by 5 for leagues. Today was a Tuesday.
We go to bowl and our lane worked fine but the people on both sides of us had to keep stopping because their balls were stuck or the lanes were frozen.
We were done bowling and went to pay and I read on the signs Tuesday $2 per game, $3.30 per shoe rental. That should be $10.60 plus tax correct? I was charged $12.48. I know this isnât a lot but the math does not add up. Even if they added 3% for credit card it still doesnât add up. I was basically charged an extra 10% on top of 7% tax. I saw no sign on the register or anywhere about credit card fees. If this is done to all customers this would be a lot of money per day.
We had fun so I forgot about it and looked up on their webpage to find out hours and more info in case I want to go during the day again. Their site says Wednesday and Friday are league days and 5pm is the cutoff time so why were we told to leave by 5 on a Tuesday? What were the exact charges? Even though I got a receipt it...
Read moreThe customer service at this place is horrible. Each time iâve been there, iâve never received the bare minimum, which in my opinion is at least saying âHave a good day.â. The staff there constantly gave me and my friends dirty glances, were extremely rude and dismissive, and overall acted like they didnât want to be there. Just tonight I was at the arcade and cashing in my tickets for prizes, and while getting the prizes i asked for one that was 375 tickets, but I thought it was only 75. So when I realized, I said âOh no I didnât know it was that much, can I put this back?â Because I only had about 400 something tickets and hadnât gotten anything else other than 1 prize. In response, the woman working the arcade prizes proceeded to say âNo, no youâre good. Youâre good.â and PUSHED my hand away, refusing to take the prize back. Basically ripping me off 400 tickets. Then she ripped up the ticket receipt and started to help someone else. I understand being under pressure, or wanting to go home. But there was only one customer behind me and I made it clear I would be very fast and not waste time. In my opinion, you should NEVER put your hands on a customer no matter how small. Whoever is hiring these people needs to do a better job. As I stated, they donât smile, they donât make smile talk, not even a âHave a good day/Have fun.â. Itâs insanity how HORRIBLE the customer service is...
