This was the worst experience we have ever had in finding anything; let alone something so important and so costly. My daughter and I had drove 2 hrs. that morning to get to Bliss only to find so much dis-organization and one completely rude sales women; who wasn't even working with us to begin with; make our mother daughter day a nightmare! I will leave her name to remain nameless; although if you do check on your employees to see the amount of money they have "LOST" for you we will go with "V______" Now my daughter had found herself deciding between (2) of your dresses; one at $500 and the other was a little more; needless and sad to say we left without purchasing either. My daughter could not see the back of herself very well and asked if I could take a picture of her back side; this was our deciding factor. A lady by the name of "V______" came over and very rudely said "we do not take pictures in here unless you are buying that dress....so are you?" I told her, we are not sure yet, but will delete the picture right after she sees it. This lady was not having any of it and continued to stalk us to make sure we were not taking pictures....REALLY!?! Anyway, in the mean time she had said something to the gals that were working with us and they disappeared, then the dresses that we had hanging by our fitting room disappeared. The longer we were there, the worse it felt. My daughter was upset and I was frustrating with the treatment we were receiving; or not receiving at this point. Finally, we had enough....my daughter got dressed and came out of the dressing room with her street clothes on and "V______" turns around very bi-polar behavior and says to us "So....which did you decide to go with?" REALLY....I confronted her about how disrespectful she had treated us and let her know that I would be posting a comment. She didn't seem to mind. I also let her know that by the time we got the dress, shoes, and jewelry; your company was out at least $650-$700 not including alterations if any were needed. She didn't seem to mind about that either. The sad thing is; my daughter did find the dress there; I was just not willing to hand over money to a company that employs such a person. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before coming to Bliss, it would have saved us a Saturday! I will never be visiting your business and will pass the word on anyone I hear of thinking to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a wonderful experience getting my wedding gown from them. Jodie was great to work with and super nice. The only complaint I have about my dress was not being told I had to clasp close the bussel, it continued to come off the hooks (bra like hooks) all night. We also got my bridesmaids dresses here, one dress came in the completely wrong style and color, thankfully it still matched my vibe for our wedding. My mother went in to get a mother of the bride dress, I'm unsure of the sale lady but she was extremely pushy with dresses that my mom absolutely hated and wasn't comfortable in. My mom ended up ordering one off David's Bridal after shopping in store with David's and having a great experience and wasn't pushed into something she hated.
We got tuxes from Bliss- only 1 actually came close fitting the 6 groomsmen. My father and father in law both got measured at Bliss for tuxes and they both had problems with their fittings. It was promised the sizes we needed would be in Saturday as they do "Post Office to Post Office" (directly told from Jodie) I called after 10am ON MY WEDDING DAY to check on them, hadn't showed up yet. She said they would be there by 1pm for sure. My dad and brother headed over there and arrived about 12:30pm and waited for the tuxes to show up- they NEVER did. Pictures started at noon, we were then promised that they were going to bring them to the venue as soon as they arrived, my dad had to go spend more money on getting a shirt so we could continue pictures once him and my brother got back. On their way back Jodie called and told my dad that it was locked in the UPS warehouse in DSM (she had previously stated it had already left DSM). We made due with the tuxes the guys had (pants were big enough they could fit at least two others in their pants with them). They sent a groomsmen with a 3xl shirt and a large vest š¤¦š»āāļø they did refund all the groomsmen their money for their tuxes so that's good. I will NEVER recommend anyone to trust Bliss with bridesmaids dresses, mother of bride/groom outfits or tuxes. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was very disappointed with this shop to say the least. I was a bridesmaid in a recent wedding and we ordered our bridesmaids dresses here. It took 7 months for the dresses to come in and when they did, every dress was 3 sizes too small. We were blamed for getting the wrong measurements even though every bridesmaid was measured more than once at different bridal shops and we all had the same measurements at each place we went. Bliss Bridal refused to give any refunds for their mistake. We re-ordered the dresses and asked for them to be mailed to each bridesmaid individually, which didnāt happen until it was requested a second time and this further delayed the process. The dresses were very low cut (even though the bride was told they wouldnāt be) and by the time we got the second dresses, it was too late to get alterations in time for the wedding and we had to get dresses elsewhere. So now Iām stuck with a $240 dress that Iāve never worn and I have to try to sell. The store wouldnāt even take them back and return some of the money we spent.
