Not happy. I had sprint originally and transitioned to T-Mobile when they took over. Yesterday, I went into the Mason location with complete awareness of what the cost would be to add a new line to my plan and what phones were available. The three boys sitting around the table chatting when we entered were just awful. My lovely partner and I were paired with the most unfortunate of the bunch. He told me I had no promotions on my account available and that it would cost 45 dollars to add a line to my phone. I of course knew this was not the case. He also told me I had no offers to get a new phone. My partner was not interested in a new phone anyway. Instead of exemplifying true customer service, he chose to spend the unbearable 15 minutes trying to sell us everything under the sun. We walked out. I questioned myself and got on the T-Mobile chat line. I was offered the price I had seen on my app. AND the gentlemen on the chat even gave me a cheaper option for both lines. I did not speak of my in store interaction at all. I feel that in store the guys thought they could take advantage of me because I went in asking about my options even though I knew what they were. I was even talked into dropping my $200 WoW bill for $30 home internet because I got voice lines with my internet, and they also paid my cancellation fee with WoW. I came in and was instantly Greeted, was even offered a glass of reverse osmosis water by the manager with the great mustache. I was working with someone name Omar surprisingly was the only other Omar I’ve met in my life living in Mason my whole life. I was hooked completely up, T-Mobile bought me outta my contract with Verizon and I got to keep my phone. Terrible, it shows you have great signal on both strength and 5g but internet went FROM OLover 100MBS TO . 5MBS yes . 5 very unreliable and the customer service just tells u to Un plug it to rest the gateway and they would call back the next day to see if issue was fixed. We'll I did this 2-3 times no call backs spent over 6+ hours on phone replacement modem, with no one wanting to help get my problem fixed when I had the same internet no changes worked great for 6 months then BOOM can't even load a web page..
