Be very careful with this agency. The therapist are great, the RNs are great but watch for a lying LPN. She charts things that are not even close to being accurate. When she gets caught lying, she makes false reports even tho she is caught on camera. She has also been caught going through patients dresser drawers without permission. Always have cameras when an LPN comes in your home. I'm not saying all LPNs are bad through there, I'm just saying in our experience, the LPN is anything but honest and professional. Her lies have caused stress to a terminally ill patient that only wants to die at home in peace. Be very very careful everyone. If not for our cameras, she would have gotten away with this.
