If u do end up with clouds, just wait a bit as they pass. Bring a coat or at least a beach towel to wrap up at the top.

One of the most fascinating views from a summit. The clouds cover below the summit makes it even more surreal. Oh, and don’t rush to come back down after sunset. It’s a treat for stargazers and night photographers if the moon is not out in the sky. The most impressive galactic...

We got the Mahi Mahi Pesto Sandwich and it was AMAZING! We did a take out order before going to see the sunset at Haleakalā! I would for sure recommend eating and picking up food for your drive up!...
