Set up a meeting to discuss designing an electrical product based off of a prototype I had built overseas that would include all safety and functional requirements for use and sale in the USA. They said they had the capability and knowledge to complete the project. Had to follow up the first meeting with 2 more meetings to tell them the exact same thing (I guess they didn't take notes even though I followed up each meeting myself with meeting minutes I'd email to them), each time they promised they could do the project successfully. Well, after all the back and forth, they finally stopped replying to emails and phone calls. Thankfully I had a card from a guy that worked in the back shop that answered his phone, so I was able to get my prototype back from them via the back door.
