Lady I talked to had a nasty attitude wasn't trying to hear anything I was trying to say ,was fake smiling ,tried to chew me out thinking she knew my situation. She made a mistake, she was acting like I was lying to her, I wasn't . But that is alright, because being ugly doesn't pay off. I was only trying to take care of myself . Because I don't get help from family. They don't have much . I help my family out when I can. My situation was the assignment I was on they lost a contract ,so there was no work available, so i had to find another one . But it was under 40hrs. Part-time. So I had to find a better paying position, so I did but couldn't give much notice . My rent went up,so I had to find a better paying position. If a job doesn't have work ,I am obviously going to find one that does. I won't be gaslit for it . If I leave a job it is for good reason . Be warned you can get layed off the day of. But that same place will expect you to give a long notice. It is a two way street and you do what you have to, to keep a roof over your head . It was different situations with TK was not my fault . 3 different situations there was no work . Work slowdown ,lost a contract and No work. Loved the jobs though. Worst staffing agency I’ve ever been with, at first it was good because it was good communication but that stopped real fast. Trying to get a hold of these people is impossible I’ve been trying to reach two different office ladies and I keep getting ignored. They’ve supposedly set up direct deposit but then give you a rapid pay card and it’s been months and it’s still not done and I’ve provided the CORRECT information multiple times and even till this day still text them about it but again I get ignored. Got a position making good money for 1 day then they called having to bump me down in pay by $3 and come to find out another guy I was working with was supposed to get the same thing he said if they did that then he would quit and he is still there doing the same job as me making more then me. Don’t waste your time with this company they’re not worth the time or the pay you’ll receive and they’ll definitely ignore you and not contact you if you ever have any concerns. Sure the staff was pleasant to deal with but over the course of 5 weeks 4 of my paychecks had $15 deductions for uniforms despite never being told ahead of time and only being given one incorrectly sized T-shirt the entire 5 weeks. Also had $10 deducted for background check and another $10 deducted for drug screening neither of which was made aware to me previously. Fed income tax was only taken from one check resulting in me owing at the end of the year. Also despite a strict clock in/out policy at ZF transmission I would would 16hr but have 15.78hr on my pay stub or work 8hr OT but have 7.8 on my pay stub. Similarly lowered numbers every week. That doesn't seem like much but, multiply that by be number of people they employ and they are skimming a lot of money. I emailed management but never received so much as a reply and the staff changes so much it's hard to keep up. Bottom line, I will never use or recommend their services...
