While running an errand in Greenville this morning I just HAD to make a trip to visit the newly opened Publix on 1311 Fork Shoals Rd. at Arden Woods, Mauldin SC. I had my shopping list on my Publix app for Easley, but easily changed the location to the one on Fork Shoals Rd. The store is very nice, and in a good location for the people that live next door to the store and the surrounding area. The set up is similar to other Publix stores that I have visited, and where ever I am, if there’s a Publix I’m going to check it out!! The deli and produce section is to the right of entering the store, and had a nice size lunch crowd getting sandwiches and food from the hot food section. The store is similar to the Publix on Old Buncombe Rd. The exception is the new Publix has a second level with tables and chairs(I didn’t go up there, but I could see people dining) you can take the stairs or the elevator. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the store was clean and well stocked. I was able to find everything on my shopping list, plus some things that I didn’t need! I truly enjoyed my first and not my last visit to the new Publix where “shopping is always a...
Read moreMy wife and I went to pick up a few things for dinner and the upcoming week. This location is brand new and just opened. The store looked wonderful. I was surprised by the items they had in stock. All the shelves were neat and clean. Here is were the experience took a turn for the worst. We checked out at the second to last checkout. The fella running the register had too much to deal with. The young lady bagging our groceries did a horrible job. The gentleman had to ask her several times to scan the water and the Lacroixs. She failed to get that done. Then she put the heavy containers of broth in the bag with the chips. She then stuffed a bag with heavy items on top of a plastic container with sandwiches. Finally She failed to put the corn and barbecue sauce in our buggy. So I had drive all the way back from W. Georgia Rd to retrieve those items. When I got the bag it had two can of corn with barbecue sauce in a glass container. You have to do better than this and I am highly disappointed having to waste gas money to come back. I don't know what to...
Read moreA brand-new Publix just opened, and it’s a fantastic addition to the neighborhood! The store is spotless, well-organized, and spacious, making it easy to navigate the aisles. The produce section is fresh and well-stocked, with a great variety of fruits and vegetables. Shelves are full, and everything looks neatly arranged.
I was especially impressed with the bakery and deli sections—they had fresh bread, ready-to-eat meals, and a nice selection of cheeses and meats. Prices seem competitive, and there are plenty of weekly deals worth checking out. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help when I needed directions to an item.
It’s clear they’ve put thought into making the shopping experience convenient and enjoyable. Excited to have this new store in the neighborhood —I’ll definitely be coming...
