Dollar General — Local services in Maysville

I went to DG to pick up some things. I made the mistake of using the self checkout, accidentally scanned an item twice. Pushed the help button, waited for the cashier to check out 4 other people in line until there was no line. I asked her to help me and she told me she couldn't until someone came back in the store. Now mind you, there is no one in line and another employee stocking shelves right by the register, but no one could help me. She didn't even ask what I needed help with. I was very upset yesterday when the store denied my check.I usually pay with my bank card but my husband gave me his check book to pay because after Christmas I was running low in my balance.My name is on the account also.
