Look at my yard! Our mower is officially 8 years old this month and the repair shop has had it almost EVERY YEAR since we bought it new. We have 3 acres and in 8 years, the mower only has 239 hours on it. It is stored inside our heated garage. Everything from bad wire harness, PTO switch (over and over) and now the hydraulics. With-in the 3 year non-commercial warranty the paint/powder coat, along with controls started showing corrosion and failure. The machine has always been stored in a garage, never left outside or used in the rain and only used for my lawn.
