Our arrival time for pick up was 4:35 pm. We sat until approx. 8:30 pm before receiving a door, and only after going back in to inquire. After setting over two more hours, we went in to see if paperwork was ready, because they have our phone #, but, no one called. Only to find out, they did not load us yet, because we needed to readjust our trailor! Unbelievable. Poor communication here. Pack a lunch, if you come here, bc it will be a very very long night. No one has picked up the trash around the door all day, or night. In fact, the same filthy face mask that I stepped over going in at 4:35...is still laying there now...at 11:00 pm! Arrived at 3:30 p.m. to load 18 pallets of citrus. Was told that they were working on the load and that it would be ready at 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. They loaded a lot of trucks that arrived after me. At 1:15 a.m. they called to advise me that they were closing and the load was 2 pallets short, and they would finish the load at 6; a.m. the following morning. With one click I find what I suspected, they don't open until 9:00 a.m. They are not considerate of a truck drivers time nor forthright when making excuses. Be for warned if you are on a tight schedule let your company know that you could be held up for...

Horrible load times. Refuses to work with customers. Checked in at 8am still waiting to get loaded. Hopefully NVR have to come here again. Notice all the 5 star reviews are Spanish and everyone that posted anything lower...
