Came back to change my review a bit from a 1 star to a 3...The golf shop finally after a few weeks of trying, got back with me and refunded the over charge from my son's wedding golfing day. It is suspicious though that it happened within 24 hours of my original review!

Please read below if you are considering this place for an event, like a wedding!

Updated 7/31/2022 Having a horrible time communicating with these people. My son was just married there a few weekends ago, and had set up to play golf with his groomsmen and a few friends. We were quoted $72 per person which was supposed to include a cart and clubs for those who didn’t have them. My husband wound up spending over $98 per person once they got there. Now that the weddings over, and they have all of our money… No one seems to Care to return my phone calls and emails to have this resolved.

I read other reviews that mention how people feel they’re treated… I didn’t realize it until now, but I feel like we also are being treated like dirt beneath their feet.

A word of advice to anyone wanting to get married at the facility… Watch out for the contract. We found that they don’t tell you everything. For instance, there’s no mention of what their bar minimums are in the contract. Once you’ve signed that contract… You’re stuck! And they’re bar minimums are outrageous!!

Also, the mosquitoes are horribly bad at this facility, and although they tell you they’re going to have them sprayed… Every time we’ve been up there over the last few years for events, nothing seems to ever have been done.

I own two wedding planning companies and will likely not ever refer to them again after all the trouble I’ve had...

The reason I am giving Jug a 4 star review is very simple. Me and my friend were trying to get food at jug to-go. We ordered the JMR parmesan FRIES and a burger for my sister. We were riding on a e-scooter because we didn’t have a ride. It took us like 15 minutes to get there. When we get there we notice it’s ten dollars more than what we thought. That’s okay though because we had enough money. We grab our food pay and get out of there. When we get home we notice there’s 2 burgers instead of fries!!!! We call the restaurant and they say just come down again and we’ll figure it out. We get there eventually with the burgers and we walk in and they ask what the problem is. We say we asked for the JMR fries but got the burger. They say we can refund you and you can keep the burger and we’ll give you the fries. We say okay great!! They ask for my card and I give it to them thinking like they’ll just like verify that’s the card I used or something. Well my card got declined because I was only going to pay for the fries and burger and had like 10 dollars extra. They told us they can’t give us the fries but we can keep the burgers!! Well we walk out and just go home. The reason I’m mad is because both of the burgers were soggy and nasty when we got home because we were riding back and forth for like 30 minutes in the heat so we just ate the fries and threw away the burger that we didn’t want. Overall 4 stars because the food is good but I just wanted to get this...

Very nice course hats off to Maintenance (ground keepers). Family came up payed 275. for all to play 18 unfortunately rain thunder stopped play. We went back to club house after playing through 15 holes to see what counter help would advise, the group in front of us was told not to worry course management would take care of them, so when I talked to counter help he said we could go to restaurant and maybe get something to eat and he would figure something out when we finished. After 1 1/2 and $110. spent and generous tip we went to talk to counter person about finishing our round. Unfortunately it was still raining so counter person said we could keep waiting or come back and pay for another round with a $6.00 credit! I asked why he gave the group ahead of us full comp but not us, he said that was course policy. Yes I was angry after spending $400. and not being allowed to finish 18 holes. We left to clean out our cart but they had done this for us, golf balls, drinks change and score card gone. They came out of club house and asked what we were doing and continued to debate there decision. I asked what his point was in coming out because we were leaving, unless your coming to tell us we can finish our round at a later time don't bother we will play golf where the course's understand ethic's and have good customer service. P.s. we tipped the waitress 5 times what they offered as a credit. My advice play...
