The course is beautiful, but the staff is rude in the clubhouse. My sister and I went with a tee time under âLaurenâ, when we came in for our reservation for 2 under that name, they asked if we were meeting up with anyone. We were talked to by every male staff member as if we were two dumb girls who had never stepped on the course before, not friendly at all, asked stupid demeaning questions that they would never ask a man in unfriendly tones. Most of the staff was just on their phones sitting around, very lazy appearance and not what I would expect from a nice course. Zero customer service skills. Mind you we had our clubs, gloves, and proper attire on. We didnât have our shoes because we hadnât played in a while, but it was still incredibly off putting to be treated like we didnât know what we were going, and being treated by the staff as if we were just going to meet our boyfriends. The only friendly staff there was the nice lady who you can get drinks and food from. Safe to say my sister and I will not be returning just to be treated less than in an already male dominated sport. Shame on you bent...
Read moreI cannot say enough good things about this course, staff, and management. From top to bottom, the attention to detail and customer service is unmatched. From a player's perspective, the course is gorgeous while also giving competitive play. Excellent conditions without too much intimidation. The greens are full of subtle breaks which always makes it fun. From a customer's perspective, the staff is attentive whether you are a regular or a newcomer. The "gatekeeping" vibe of golf does not exist here and that is a true blessing. The clubhouse staff is helpful and attentive from the front desk to the grill and the pro shop is always stocked with great merchandise.
Bent Brook has treated my family and me with kindness and respect for years. If you are looking for a great golf experience, this...
Read moreServices are always great. All staffs are friendly. There are 3 nine hole courses, Graveyard, Brook, and Windmill. Unfortunately, Windmill is still close. The courses are flat and easy to walk if you choose to. They are wide open. However, some holes are challenging. For example, par 4, dogleg right with water in front of green or par 3 with water on the right and bunkers on the left and in the back of the green. Green is not too firm. Speed of the green always posts inside the golf shop and at the starter hut. One minor flaw is no restroom on the Brook. Overall experience here...
