I stopped by on July 26 (Sunday) at 8:45pm. The man and woman working that night were so cool - they were both very outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable about the products sold in the store. I didn't catch their names but I'm assuming that the lady's name is Chelsea as this was the only name on my receipt. It was my friend's birthday.. he's a pipe tobacco smoker and he'd been saying that he needed a new tobacco pipe for weeks, so there I was, in Smokers Genie at [almost] closing time on Saturday night.. in search of the perfect gift for the Birthday Boy. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’ve been going to smoke shops for 30 yrs and NEVER has anyone spent so much time helping me find what I needed. I have vapes that I can’t use because people smoke shops usually won’t help me track down what I need, I’m not a vape professional I just vape. The young man who works there will spend the time to get what you need, if he doesn’t know, he will call someone who does know, he just help me get vapes working that I haven’t had working in five years also, their selection of new vapes is second to none. The kid who works there is cool to work with & their selection is awesome. If you can’t find a juice, or a coil or a pod come here they got it and they will take the time to help you find it. My worst experience tonight. The girl was absolutely unhelpful and rude. I ended up not buying anything and will not be back as long as she is behind the counter . She did not give me the 50%off discount like every other employee and then rushed me out saying they have a time limit for customers yet she saw me trying to find vape juice in their tub of hundreds of random juices. I was in there 10 min and left with nothing and went to vapor magic down the road and got twice what I was going to get in smokers genie for the same price she was charging me.
