Bobby is AWESOME!

Long story short, bought a new mower (not from Novotny although I should have!) and it wasn't working, Turns out, it wasn't the battery it was user issue (yep... I should have paid attention to the husband when he tried to show me how to start the darn thing properly). HOWEVER - Bobby tested my battery and showed me that it was good, and then he troubleshot the issue with me. Realizing what it was, he took me over to a mower to show me what steps to take. (Yeah, he probably realized I missed something, but he NEVER made me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. Very helpful and kind - and that was appreciated more than he will ever know.)

When that was done, he even offered to come pick up the mower if it was still not working to fix it. I didn't even buy it from him, and he was offering his help to fix the darn thing.

The customer service at this place is amazing. Always greeted with a smile and a hello. When you can't find what you are looking for, they are johnny on the spot to help you.

I purchased my 30" cub cadet riding mower from Novotny and have been quite pleased with the customer service and maintenance work. Bobby and Mark are always a pleasure to talk to and they explain things quite effectively. They offer pick up and drop off service which is very helpful. Mitch is always on time to pick up and drop off. They are quite a distance from where I live but I would sacrifice customer service over location any day of the year. I had a kids pool party and after 4k in quotes more than a new heater 2x over between 2 combines being a mechanic I replaced the parts. Heater does not work. Desperate called Novonty and there friendly tech came out last minute and found the issue within about 15 min. I located the part and installed it 20 kids happy. That hayward tech deserves a raise!
