Poor customer service. Upon entering today the man at the gate said I could not drop off anything without leaving my debit card with him while I unload. Which made no sense because they charge according to the tonnage. He also kept repeating that it costs money to drop off there and treated me with disrespect. After uncomfortably leaving my debit card I had to get unloaded once I rushed to get back to my things they charged me a $64 minimum when it’s $35 per ton. I had 1 1/4 ton and still got charged the $64 and they said well it’s a minimum. Then I said that’s not $35 per ton and price divided after the one ton. $40-$50 made sense but not the minimum. I will not be going back as everything about this business is shady and poorly organized/ran. Save yourself the stress and go to the county...
Read moreIm a landscape contractor. This place is way Too expensive. They charge me 280 for the same load I take up to Melissa for 160. This landfill is SUPER picky about trash being mixed in with the brush. Melissa doesn't care- it all goes to the landfill trash. It's a bummer because it's close by. I'll use it for emergencies but I'll save my load till it's super full to take it to Melissa and while im there ill get bulk materials for upcoming jobs we have. Sorry guys, but look at what other landfills are offering and be a little more competitive. They'll gain my regular business back if they start being more reasonable...

They have pulled out in front of me before as I was traveling the speed limit (60mph). I had to stop suddenly to prevent a collision. A good friend of mine died last month because a truck pulled out in front of him causing an unavoidable accident that involved several vehicles.
My question is..how many people have to die before something is done to make this a safer...
