My sister and I went in together to purchase a flower basket for a close family member’s celebration of life service. (We paid over $150.00).

I called Flower Loft and asked that the arrangement look like flowers from a country garden, specifically in a white basket to include IRIS and SUNFLOWERS as the main theme. With NO lilies. I gave the name of two similar examples I found online from other providers and she looked them up while we spoke, and said she would have no problem replicating them.

My sister and I were extremely disappointed and a little upset to see the mish-mash of bright and clashing colors that looked more like confetti than a cheerful remembrance arrangement for family. It lacked balance, rhythm, and unity. It was filled with ROSES of every color of the rainbow, and worst of all it was dominated by white LILIES. I ordered flowers for a funeral service and I told them the wrong date. Thankfully they did some checking before they sent them. The service was actually the next weekend. They saved my tail and I was told by the people attending the service that they were beautiful.
