Oh my goodness I am absolutely 110% so extremely sorry... I'm actually from McMinnville but now have lived in Murfreesboro for the last 15 years & had searched for your store to see if you were still in business all these years later since we are now in the market for some new pieces of furniture & I remembered how amazing your store, staff & prices were for my family especially when my dad had 5 girls he needed new items for when we moved into a much bigger place & if it wasn't for the kindness we received & the flexibility that you offered my father at the time we probably would have been forced to get much older, outdated, used & sometimes abused furniture than what we were truly looking for so again I sincerely apologize... I have deleted the pictures & changed the post to reflect a review that is more accurate for Barr's & my opinion of the experiences I've had there as although they may have been from years ago now I'm absolutely certain that you still provide the same exact custom tailored, out of this world, compassionate & caring customer service selling quality products that are as affordable as you can possibly make them!!! Regardless of the mistake & how long it has been since I've stepped foot in your store I still most definitely recommend with a 10 out of 10!!! Hopefully soon we can make it down that way & do business with you again but until then I hope that my apology & correction to your businesses rating & review will be enough to put a smile back on your face!!!! & I sincerely appreciate you letting me know as I prefer my review to be honest & accurate for the assistance of others looking for a normal persons opinion on things that they may also be interested in so I would hate to have caused any issues for you or anyone else with my incorrect review... We went to several furniture stores, and although I enjoyed the people we encountered , this place has the most comfortable couches and chairs. I love the feeling of the old building that's been there longer than I can remember. The customer service was wonderful, and the selection was outstanding. Many different items as well to elevate the look of your home. We did choose a piece of furniture I hadn't seen anywhere else and I couldn't pass up the great price. Very helpful people, not pushy at all, the prices were great and they had a great selection. We live in a small town and our locally owned furniture store is closed on Wednesdays but we had to get a love seat and recliner that day. My mom was moving into assisted living in two days. The people at Barr's worked us in with the short notice to make sure it got delivered. My wife will go back again to update our declining couch...
