Black Kettle State Fishing Lake — Local services in McPherson

I'm feeling kind sad due to the fact when I went out to North pond and seen so much trash around on the ground and not only in one spot!!! I do want all to know I clean up quite a lot of trash around our town on the outskirts, I understand we ve had some pretty harsh winds to deal with lately, but please be a little mindful on how our town and along black kettle creek appears!!! I v lived here for about 50 years and I do enjoy to see all the hard work that others have been doing to make change!!! Thank you...

Small "lake", we made a trip out to go fishing, but unfortunately the grass was overgrown and it made access to the banks difficult. There is a small boat ramp, but it was being used by another family at the time to fish. We'd like to give it another try in the future hopefully someone will have cleared some access...

Small lake and easy access to the north side. South side is tricky when the water level is up unless you have big tires to cross...
