McPherson County Fairgrounds — Local services in McPherson

The state fair is always enjoyable. Seems like things of calm down and it doesn't seem as overcrowded all the time as it has been in the past and I don't know if that's just due to expenses for everybody or just picking the best time of the week by luck.

Buying the bracelets during the state fair is always going to be a better deal than purchasing tickets out right? Especially if you have kids.

Also, considering our family went later in the week, I was very surprised with how clean the fairgrounds actually were. Trash cans were not overflowing or smelly and thinking about it. At this point, I can't remember any large amounts of trash actually being on the ground, so their janitorial staff is doing a great...

Would love to see some upgrades but I’m sure that will come with time and money. The demo derby is one of the only events I’ve ever attended at the fairgrounds. This last derby was special because the number 88 car was done as a memory to an old friend that died this year(2023) in a motorcycle accident south...
