CVS — Local services in Meadows Place

So I called in and asked to speak to the pharmacist so I left a voicemail. They call me back. I ask a simple question, and I was told by the pharmacist that she was asked this question yesterday and she does not gonna be at she will not be asked again. I was just calling again to make sure I understood clearly what I’m supposed to do because it has to do with medicine for my dog and I don’t sometimes people just hate life in general. I feel sad for them try and pray for them, but this woman does not need to be dealing with anyone. Just just she needs to just be filling prescriptions and keeping her mouth shut when it comes to talking to other customers because her customers her customer service was the worst that I’ve seen in a long time. It was extremely poor, and I was told straight up that she would not be asked that the question that I asked her she would not be asked that question again. So I mean, I thought she worked for me so and so I thought that I’m gonna keep asking and she’s gonna keep answering until I do understand it, but at that point, I didn’t even wanna speak to her anymore. What I should’ve done was just asked to talk to another pharmacist because she was worse. This lady was worse than Rude. I can’t use the words that I would like to describe her online because it would probably get flagged so I think you all are getting the point worst worst customer service I have had in a long long time. She does not need to be dealing with the general public. Just keeping her mouth shut And filling prescriptions. I don’t care if she’s a lead pharmacist that you need to get another one so that was my experience and I use them for everything and everyone is always extremely nice...

Seems like every time I visit this place it gets worse. The staff is horribly rude and impatient , seema the cashier greeted me at the register by asking “what do you want”. Had some issues with the check I presented to purchase formula for my daughter. A “manager” was called up to the front multiple time to assist me in the matter but instead proceeded to checkout why looked to be some of her associates. Seema explained the reason she called her up was not for the line but for the assistance on the transaction she quickly stated that “I could wait” very poor customer service at this location. This CVS is really pretty good for a small drug store. It carries many of the things you'd expect a drug store to carry; things like over-the-counter medications, vitamins, makeup, shampoos, and snacks. They seem to frequently run low on soft drinks, but I can't tell if that's due to high demand or not enough stock. Of course, you can't talk about CVS without also talking about their pharmacy. Don't get me wrong - I see it as a well run and well stocked pharmacy - but their drug prices (in comparison to an HEB or Walmart pharmacy) are really quite high.
