I stopped by last Friday, it was pouring rain, I was in a lot of pain and don't walk well. I just wanted a cantaloupe. They are my favorite in the summer. I blew my horn hoping I would get one of the staff members attention to come to my car! I ended up having to get out and hobble into the stand. I saw the price of a cantaloupe and could not afford one. One of the staff members asked me what I needed and I told them, I did not have enough money, hobbled back to my vehicle! I looked up and a kindly older gentleman was at my window with two small pieces of fruit that had been marked out, for being damaged or to ripe! He handed them to me and said take them! I was shocked! But very thankful! They did not know I had been to the hospital that rainy morning and had laid on a steel table for two hours, having a test done! My back and hip was really hurting. What a great roadside produce market! They kind of have everything here. Today we stopped by for the first time grabbed some hand over tomatoes, cucumbers, peaches and a few other things. They have a massive selection from eggplants, watermelons, onions, peanuts, jams, jellies, dips, pickled things and on and on and on. They had a pretty good selection of flowers you could pick from as well. They also had some seafood with local oysters, some Bluefin crab, shrimp and scallops. They also sold all kinds of little knick knacks like Flags and things to go in your yard. Was pretty busy plenty of parking space. Might be a tad pricier than a local supermarket but the quality and tastiness of the items I'm sure are much better. Great little place to take a Sunday drive and end up at for some good veggies and fruit...

I have shopped here before and the produce was good. But this time when I went everything all the vegetables were mushy they had Hanover Tomatoes but they were so big and it wasn't red and the Cucumbers they were half-rotten like on the ends of it. I was looking for the bags of Red Mill cornbread mixture and flour mixture stuff like that and we couldn't find those and mostly I saw a bunch of flags that go on your house and there was just so many of those things all around taking up room where they could have had more spaces to put stuff instead of piling it all high and once you try to get one then all of them was going to fall.
