Not sure when Willis changed their return policy on open items. I bought a dimmer switch, attempted to install it, but it didn't work. When I tried to return it, I was told they don't take back open items. First, I have been shopping there for 15 years, and second, I have returned open items such as electronics at different times. Makes absolutely no sense that you cannot open a package such as a switch, determine it doesn't work and then not be able to return it. This is a stance I would expect from a large box store.
