Read moreI ordered a white Toto toilet, it came in with a almond bowl and white tank. I returned the bowl for a white one but in a ada taller model. The counter guy, Michael assured me the tank would fit the bowl. I specifically asked him 2 or three times but he again assured me it would fit. I live an hour away from the store so I didn't want any more mistakes. I got home it didn't fit, I called Michael and said bring it back and he would exchange it no problem. If he would have taken 5 extra minutes to double check it would have save me from another 2 hour round trip. So it took 3 trips to town, thats 6 hours driving time.
