I’m the owner of The Nail Spot. I was a frazzled busy nail tech forever loosing or misplacing items needed during my services. What used to take me up to 10 minutes during each service to find appropriate nail art supplies turned into seconds. I hired Tiffany to organize thousands of small objects and put my shop in order. She had so many great organizational containers and systems to organize my space. This incredible woman thought outside the box. It was amazing. From there she taught me to continue organizing so that I could raise my level of professionalism and cut out the frustration caused by not being able to know what products I had. She is great! I wanted to support this local businesses so I ordered a mattress over the phone in July, unfortunately I had to wait over 2 months to receive a "free topper from the company" while still waiting on the original mattress I ordered. Tiffany called the manufacturer to get us a free topper after learning we were in for a long wait on our specific mattress and the ETA changed a few times. We are pretty disappointed a big brand warehouse didn't work better with a local shop to keep their product availability current before accepting orders but this is the new Covid normal. I don't know at this point if this could have been avoided with better organization but the whole situation feels sloppy. At first I thought "discount furniture"... butt it's NOT! small store front, not small store, call it a cross-over between Wayfair & Ashley then add your own personal home decorator, Tiffany. I walked thru a small assortment of showroom, tried a few mattresses, looked thru display books and Tiffany browsed Factory Directs web site using three screens! In the end I got everything I was looking for or knew, from Tiffany, where to get it. I have complete confidence I will be happy with everything when it arrives in less then a week.
