I was very disappointed, it's highly overrated, just average. The camping area is badly polluted by too many rafters during the run off, toilet paper and cow pies are everywhere, so watch your step. To make matter worse, it is an extremely difficult place to get to because of the conditions of the road, the road in is by far the worst road I have ever been on and the road to the springs is worse than the road in! Highly recommended if you’re an adventurous type! Chest deep water and perfect for a summer camping trip. Water is about 95 degrees so after sunset soaks can be chilly if it’s cold out. If you don’t have a high clearance 4 wheel drive vehicle, I would not recommend the drive all the way out to the springs. Better to park at the campground where the rivers meet, then hike the 2-ish miles up the road. This place is great because it’s not crowded and so serene. Be safe out there! And no cell...
